If you’re searching for truth, you’re not alone. The world still asks Pilate’s question: “What is truth?” (John 18:38). Jesus prayed, “Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth” (John 17:17). Truth is not relative. Truth is not shaped by culture. It is revealed by God in His Word.

Truth does not change. Truth changes us.

At Olivet, preaching is not about opinions, personalities, or entertainment. We teach verse by verse, letting Scripture speak for itself, so that “your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God” (1 Corinthians 2:5).

Paul warns, “The time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions” (2 Timothy 4:3). Truth cannot be found in the charisma of a speaker or the approval of a crowd. Examine everything against God’s Word, like the Bereans who “examined the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so” (Acts 17:11).

Jesus said, “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32). Join us as we open and study the truth of God’s Word together.
